Introducing Our Second Sustainability Report
We are proud to share Persano Group’s second Sustainability Report. Building on the foundation established last year, this report reflects our continued commitment to transparency and accountability across environmental, social, and governance topics.
The report builds on our long-standing tradition of quality and innovation and provides an updated overview of our sustainability efforts throughout the value chain. It highlights our progress, introduces a Double Materiality Assessment and our first Scope 3 greenhouse gas inventory, and outlines the goals we will work towards in the years ahead.

Supply Chain Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct
Our Supply Chain Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct sets the standards we expect from all suppliers and partners. It is built on respect for human rights, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices. The policy applies to everyone who supplies raw materials, packaging, components, or services to Persano Group, including subcontractors and consultants.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure safe working conditions, fair labor practices, responsible sourcing, and strong environmental stewardship. The policy also emphasizes zero tolerance for corruption and a commitment to transparency throughout the value chain. By setting clear expectations and fostering collaboration, we aim to build long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth and shared responsibility.
Action Plan for Responsible Palm Oil
Persano Group is committed to ensuring that all palm oil we use is sourced responsibly and does not contribute to deforestation or the loss of natural habitats. Since 2017, we have steadily increased the share of RSPO certified palm and palm kernel oil in our products, reaching over 95 percent in 2024.
Our goal is to achieve 100 percent RSPO certification across all palm oil derivatives by 2030. This action plan outlines the steps we are taking to reach that goal and reflects our broader commitment to protecting biodiversity and promoting sustainable sourcing in our value chain.
